Easy salsa fresca marinade

It's like a mix between salsa (duh), a vinaigrette, and a marinade, but all in one. You can use it to spruce up black beans or rice, smear it on meat (veggies or tofu) and grill it, slather it on said proteins and bake as is ... I mean I can go on and on. Eat it with tortilla chips or dip quesadillas in it! You get the point. Make this stuff, honestly. Make and eat and enjoy and dance and sing.
