Delicious, easy and did I mention delicious? Goulash is something a little different to everyone and something that every time you say “I’m making goulash” people will respond with “What kind?”. This particular version was something that my mom taught me that her mom taught her. So it’s a passed down version, that I’m sure goes even further than my grandmother. And it’s easy! And delicious and filling and mmmm.
