Most everyone probably has slightly over ripe bananas that need to be put to use before going to waste. Apple fritters have been a favorite of mine so this is a take on the classic apple fritter using bananas instead. The hint of soft, sweet banana and the slightly salty crunch of the fritter is quite satisfying if you are a banana lover. They are good for dessert or breakfast.
