Before baking, brownie batter has a consistency and taste I always believed was completely impossible to recreate. I love sweets just as much as the next girl (maybe more) but I am not about to binge on calories I don't need. This mix tasted exactly like the fabled brownie batter of yore without as significant a cost to a waistline. It's not really all that bad for you so enjoy this indulgent treat with a little less guilt.
