Can you tell we love fruit here at Carolina HeartStrings and what better time of year than strawberry picking time to be creative? I used some of the wonderful strawberries I picked last weekend hanging around in my fridge and thanks to Pinterest (check out our wonderful boards) and a similar recipe for a panini using raspberries, my strawberry creation was born!
