My hubby says I have a thing for blondies. After bars, it was just a matter of time for me to come up with cookies. Enjoy the blondie flavors and texture in the form of a cookie: chewy on the inside, slightly crispy edges, delicious butterscotch flavor. Yeah, I have a thing for blondies.
