Irish potato candies

These little candies are a staple in the Philadelphia region during the month of March. There is no actual potato involved, rather they are balls of cream cheese, sugar and coconut rolled in cinnamon to look like potatoes. I've heard of variations of rolling them in cocoa or sugar but cinnamon is the traditional method. They are best served chilled.
