These babies were fit for a fish-loving king! Or even a not-so fish-loving king. Really these are good for anyone who loves a good taco. I used cod which is super light and fluffy and NOT fishy tasting at all. Once the taco seasoning is added to the mix you really don’t know you're eating a piece of fish. Which is really helpful when trying to get your picky kids/husband to eat a light non-meat dinner.
