Lobster bisque
The part I loved best about this soup was the lobster. Many times at restaurants you get a few tiny pieces of lobster in your bisque. Obviously, when you make it at home you can change it however you want. I made this for our New Year’s Eve party and everyone got ½ a lobster tail. This is a great recipe to make for Valentine’s Day!
