Sweet potato oatmeal
During these winter months there is nothing like having a hot, hearty bowl of oatmeal to warm you up. This oatmeal is sweet, chewy, healthy and takes me back to childhood. I remember sitting at Grandma's kitchen table and she served me up a big bowl of oatmeal. You just gotta love oatmeal.
