Recipe #2 from Grandma's Evie's recipe box. I made this at my parent's restaurant and when I opened the lid, the smell of Grandma and Grandpa's house rolled out. Mom and Dad recall Grandma Evie making this hotdish often. Perhaps that is why their house smelled so similar!
