A family favorite of ours when we go out to eat is General Tso’s chicken. Of course, how delicious it is depends on where we find it. Sometimes it’s too spicy, sometimes too flavorless and every once and awhile, we don’t see any chicken in it at all. I won’t even mention the grocer’s deli where we cannot tell how long the chicken has been tanning under that heat lamp. Why not go for fresh and flavorful? And, yes, super easy!
