Is there anything better than apples with cheddar cheese? I think not. (Well, except for carmel and peanut butter of course). If you have never tried this as combination, I highly recommend it. Anything with cheese is a go for me and that is what prompted me to pair apples and grilled cheese. Grilled cheese: good. Apples: good. Put them together and you have, well, you be the judge.
