Blackberry jam without added pectin
A delicious blackberry jam without any added pectin. This recipe makes about 60 ounces of jam so please figure jars accordingly. I used 5 (12-ounce size) jars with lids and rims. Never double this recipe or jam might not set correctly. Only make 1 batch at a time.
