After I had our newest baby just 8 short weeks ago, my wonderful friend brought this over for dinner. This chicken was the very best grilled chicken we've ever had. The southwest marinade is full of bright flavors and leaves the chicken perfectly seasoned and deliciously moist. This has become our favorite grilled chicken and I'm sure it will become yours too!
