Better than perfect caesar salad dressing

Mere words cannot describe the taste of this dressing. My kids will not allow any other caesar dressing in the house. No raw eggs needed. Cook time is refrigeration time—2 or 3 days ahead is best to make this dressing, but 2 hours or overnight will work.
