My father started taking me fishing with him when I was 9. That was 25 years ago. Those are some of my happiest memories, just being out on the boat with him. He also makes the worlds BEST fried fish. This batter can be used to make onion rings, fried zucchini, mushrooms and green beans and any other thing you can think of to fry.
