I love a well-flavored and juicy hamburger! I can't just sprinkle them with salt and pepper and grill them. They need to be loaded with spices and melt in your mouth. These hamburgers are loaded with smoky flavors, and bbq sauce and the crumbled blue cheese gives them a tangy twist! I topped mine simply with baby spinach and sliced tomato but feel free to take this further with sauteed mushrooms and caramelized onions.
