Manti is a traditional Turkish dish, little dumplings filled with ground beef, twice baked and served with garlic yogurt and paprika/red pepper/dry mint butter on top. There is a tedious process of rolling out the dough thinly, but once you dig in the plate, you will be rewarded for your hard work!
