There was a cafe in my old neighborhood that used to serve this drink. After it shut down, I searched countless other cafes for a similar drink, but never found anything quite like it. Not wanting to give up, I scoured the internet for a recipe, but ended up adapting/combining two recipes to re-create the magic! If you like chai tea, pumpkin spiced lattes, or horchata, you will LOVE this drink!
