This recipe begins our month of side dishes and cold soup. I think you are going to enjoy the really wonderful things Alessa and I are cooking up for the summer. This is a wonderful cold side dish to add to any grilled entrée. Even my husband who does not like a couple of the ingredients tried it and liked it. It is so simple and would make a great dish to take for a potluck.
