Strawberry salad with lemon poppy seed dressing

This is a wonderful, easy, quick salad to use up all of those strawberries we are picking this time of year. Both the dressing and salad recipe use minimal ingredients, but pack a lot of flavor. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
