Chocolate-topped strawberry cheesecake

A splendiferous baked cheesecake made with strawberry-flavoured cream cheese and a dark chocolate ganache. Recipe makes a deep 20cm cake. I think it's very easy to make—time-consuming but not labour-intensive. Needs to be refrigerated overnight.
