Chicken second courses
Tidbits of battered and fried chicken covered with a sweet and spicy red sauce. This is a Chinese-like dish similar to Sweet and Sour Chicken and is often only found in Utah—possibly only Cache Valley. I've never found it in Iowa so I've had to make do with a homemade version to satiate my cravings. The chicken breading is a work-in-progress but the sauce is divine!
