Lemonade concentrate – from scratch

My husband and I are on a quest to remove high fructose corn sryup from our diets (and we just got a membership to Costco!). We really like homemade iced tea, which involves lemonade - storebought has HFCS!!! So I went on another quest to make some homemade lemonade concentrate. I couldn't find a recipe that I liked, so I made this one up.
