These delicious (and kind of healthy!) sandwiches are for Superbowl Sunday! I tried to just slightly switch up a traditional meatball sub. I made the meatballs with ground turkey instead of beef. I finished their cooking in a fresh, zippy tomato sauce, and then topped with freshly shredded mozzarella and a julliene of basil. Served on a lightly toasted baguette!
