Cold-brewed iced coffee

I don't particularly enjoy the acidity and bitterness of normal coffee, nor do I own a French press/cold-brewing machine. So this is my own (cost-efficient) version! Cold-brewed coffee is stronger and smoother than normal coffee, and I love it over ice and with some vanilla soy milk.
