I used to make a hazelnut version of this about 10 years ago. Then I stopped making cheesecake altogether because of my daughter’s serious food allergies. This year she outgrew her allergy to baked eggs, so I gave cheesecake another try. So here is the new magic cheesecake. I hope you like it as much as we do.
