After the traditional holiday turkey stuffing (and I'm referring to the amount of food I consume, not the kind that you make), I usually don't want to see any sort of heavy food for the next week or two while I recover. But what to do with the leftover turkey? This is one of my favorite creations, because it's light and easy. And oh yeah, did I mention delicious?
