Coquito is an eggnog-like Puerto Rican beverage generally served during the Navidades (Christmas). It is a delicious drink with all the flavors of the tropics. My abuela's version uses maraschino cherries which gives the liquid a beautiful light pink color. It will surely put you in the Christmas spirit!
