Vegetarian wellington

A festive entree created for the holidays, but great anytime you want to serve something special. This recipe can also be made with meat of your choice. These are made individually and cooked in glass pie pans. This recipe is for 2 large servings, but can easily amended to accommodate more. This recipe offers one of two ways to make the Wellingtons, either with portabello mushroom OR vegetarian breakfast sausage.
