You can add whatever additional items that you see fit to this salad. The more the better! You can pre-dress any salad, and I often recommend that to clients. You will find that if you place your salad into a plastic bag, add a little bit of dressing and shake it up, that little bit of dressing goes a long way (and will save you calories).
