I have provided a very simple but flavorful recipe below. Once it has been in the refrigerator overnight, take a bite to see if you need to add more salt or pepper. I'm also not a big fan of mayo, so this recipe uses just enough to add that extra flavor but is not overpowered by it. You can serve this salad on bread, crackers, chips, or lettuce.
