Sometimes a gal's gotta do what a gal's gotta do. And that's fix herself a Faux Taco Salad. Sometimes us girls want a Bad for You Taste with a NOT so bad for you feeling. I love the coolness of the cucumber and tomato along with the tang of the Catalina dressing and extra sharp cheese, then mix in the salty Fritos. It's a perfect combo!
