Being a Montana girl, I love huckleberries! They are the best treat that Montana has to offer. This cobbler is perfect for dessert! The only bummer about this dessert is that you have to wait till summertime for the Huckleberries to be in season. You can only find them at local Farmer's Markets and not in grocery stores. If you can't wait till summer to make this, feel free to use any fruit you like!
