I have made a lot of turkey burgers in my life. My husband doesn't like ground beef (?!), so I gotta improvise! These are SO flavorful and healthy. I usually make a double batch and freeze the uncooked patties on a cookie sheet, then transfer to a freezer bag for easy weeknight dinners. This one ALWAYS goes over well.
