Eat this! salt potatoes!
This is apparently State Fair food back in Syracuse, NY! I was visting family in upstate NY and had these for the first time and I thought I had died and gone to food heaven! Creamy flesh in the inside; light salt crust on the outside. Eat them piping hot out of paper bag for authenticity! Even better these are SUPER easy and take just 40 minutes total to cook.
