Grandpa’s beer bread – gluten free

A delectable light and airy side dish for any meal (although I like to serve it with BBQ ribs!). You could do this in your Easy Bake oven, it's so simple. Too bad you can't fit an 8x8 baking dish in there! Four ingredients, mix, pour, bake. I made this gluten free, but you can make it gluten-full by using regular beer and Bisquick.
