No egg substitutes, no powdered eggs, no gizmos (because I ran out of eggs but had a massive brownie crave). Just simple fudgy brownies with no eggs but with an extra (rather interesting, if I might add) step at the beginning. I plucked this from a website, found it good, made it with my own adaptations and love it!
