Baking

This is a lovely warm welcome to any morning, especially during the winter. You can also use fresh berries or other kinds of berries, or switch out the oats for other rolled grains. When my family moved to Idaho when I was seven, the people we stayed with for a few days made this for breakfast our first morning there. I've been in love with it ever since.
