A deliciously easy Southwestern-inspired baked dish involving succulent, slow-cooked chicken, sour cream, sweet onions, spices, plenty of cheese, and--you guessed it--green chiles. It takes some time to prepare, but it can be made ahead of time, refrigerated, and popped into the oven when needed.
