Spicy okra/lady fingers stirfry
A very easy stirfry. My husband loves this - because okra is his favourite veg. It's a slimy veg so if you don't like slimy food, this is going to be a tad bit tough. Although you can fry it a bit longer to dry up more of the slime (just a little something my mom taught me).
