Boiled eggs baked in cheese sauce. Originally made for guests at her parents' bed and breakfast, my roomate in college made these for the late night partygoers coming home and wanting something good. Our house was always packed! Now I make them for my family and they always clean the pan! These are really good with bacon and buttered toast.
