This recipe is my signature dish. Everybody requests it when I offer to cook up something for dinner! It's rich and delicious, and doesn't need anything else other than a cold, crisp salad on the side and some bread to scoop up the sauce! Do yourself a favor and make this. Your guests will truly be impressed! (My mom thinks it's almost better when reheated the next day!)
