Another recipe from my ex-mother-in-law. These are a delicate melt-in-your-mouth sugar cookie. The only time these weren't delicious was when I was 18 and made them for the first time. Added a tablespoon of cream of tartar instead of a teaspoon. Never made that mistake again! A plateful and a pot of coffee and you're good to go!
