I was trying to think of something different to go with burgers on the grill and remembered a Paula Deen recipe that I once saw for grilled potatoes. Since I couldn't get to the computer, I decided to wing it. The measurements are guesstimates since I really just threw stuff into the bowl without measuring. UPDATE 7/7/10: I made these for our July 4th family gathering. We think these would do as well roasted in the oven.
