I'm not a fan of store-bought spinach dips...they have a strange tanginess to them and they always taste old and watery. This one is fresh and full of flavor. The extra garlic, red onion and red pepper compliment the spinach nicely and the water chestnuts give it a great crunch. Everyone raves about it when I make it.
