Here in the south we enjoy all sorts of peas, Black Eye Peas, Purple Hull, Crowder Peas and Cream Peas. I am sharing a recipe for Southern Cream Peas. Similar in taste to it's sister pea, purple hull but much smoother in taste. If you love purple hull peas, then your gonna love cream peas.
