I love Tres Leches Cake, meaning (Three Milks Cake). This is a Mexican inspired cake that is so yummy and so moist. This cake gets its moist texture from the soaking of the milks. The three milks are Evaporated Milk, Sweetened Condensed Milk and Nestle Media Crema (table cream). Top the cake with homemade whipping cream and decorate with fresh fruit. It gets its semi- homemade title with the help of a cake mix.
