Filled shortbread logs

This easy shortbread takes only a couple minutes to whip together and is buttery and moist. It gets better when you fill it with jam or chocolate! Yum! This is one of my family's tried and true recipes that never gets old! I grew up making and eating this stuff. It's truly delicious!
